Ambrose heard the floor creak near him. Little tiny baby steps. There was only silence. He thought he heard breathing near his ears. He didn’t know what it was, but he could feel it. Something was in here. A little whisper that made the hairs on the back of his neck stand up.

    holy moly, i thought that my chicken soul would be ready to read this book. IT WAS NOT!!! wow, even those lines had goosebumps popping up all over and chills running down my neck. eeeeeh… haha 🙈

      Yes, abort, abort! You are so not prepared for this LOL. I’m not even sure I was prepared for some of these scenes haha. And those lines are so miiiiild, Dini. You have no idea. It’s 700 pages of adrenaline on the edge of your seat, and you keep thinking it’s almost over and then it’s not lol.
