The Writerly Way has officially reached 300 followers, and I just don’t know how that happened, but I love you all.
I mean, I ramble. I occasionally throw books. Mostly I hoard them and build a fort, which I guard religiously from intruders while shunning the outside world. And still you come and listen to me go on and on. Really, I think the lesson here is there’s probably something wrong with you. But that’s okay. Y’all are perfect just the way you are.
I’m actually a little over 300 followers, but because my brand here is obviously Fashionably Late, yes, this giveaway is. But better late than never, right?
One of my goals this year is to buy less books for myself and run more giveaways. Because I clearly have more than enough books (shhh, don’t tell anyone I said that. I’ll deny it later) and want to start giving back more.

Oh my gosh, yes to the Hand on the Wall! I had somehow never heard of the series until now everyone’s talking about the third book? Congratulations! I think two of my favorite reads from last year are Fireborne and The Fountains of Silence. This year, I can’t wait to get my hands on “House of Earth and Blood” and “The Silvered Serpents!” 🙃

Congrats on 300 followers! I’ve already read one of my two most anticipated 2020 books, Come Tumbling Down by Seanan McGuire. The second comes out in May: Network Effect by Martha Wells. (More Murderbot! Yay!)
Thank you! Yeah, I’m already ready for another Wayward Children book, which is so unrealistic, but I’m impatient and enjoy the series, so what can I say? xD Network Effect looks really interesting, though I haven’t read the series.
Now that I have found Murderbot (I read all the novellas last year, which was a little late to the party) I will read ANYTHING Martha Wells writes about Murderbot, and maybe anything in that universe whether it features Murderbot or not. I just love it so much.
Sooo … what I’m hearing is this should definitely find itself on my TBR? xD
If you like sci-fi with snarky sentient bots, YES! The Murderbot Diaries topped my Best of 2019 list, so I recommend it to everyone. 😉
